Our goal is 100% satisfaction for your purchase from Fashion Chateau. Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. All On Sale merchandise  can only be returned for store credit. All items marked Clearance are final sale and non-refundable.

Securely package the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to the above address. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. For this reason, we recommend insuring your package.

IMPORTANT: International, Express and Overnight Shipping charges are non-refundable. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH NO ALTERATIONS, ODORS (SWEAT, PERFUME, SMOKE, PETS ETC), and ALL tags must be attached and free of any defects.

Standard Exchange - Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new item to you at no additional cost. As soon as we have shipped the item, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information.

Faster Exchanges – We also offer faster exchange by phone service. Our helpful customer support staff will create an invoice for your new item and you will pay for the item as a new sale. This will allow us to ship your new item immediately. When your returned item arrives at our facility we will refund the full amount of your original purchase back to you.

Please Note: Your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your order is received. If your exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

We pride ourselves on being very price competitive for your online fashion shopping. Within 7 days of your purchase date, if you find a lower price on a non-clearance item on a competitor’s website, we will happily refund the difference to you. The item must be exactly the same including color. We will not honor pricing from Ebay or other auction sites.

FashionChateau.com will also match coupon codes for non-sale items from our competitors.
